💡 Without Supabase the app still works, but recordings stay on each device only (no teacher dashboard, no refresh recovery of audio).

3) Rubric

Rubric image (recommended — the AI reads it directly) Rubric text (used if no image; optional extra notes if image is set) Feedback instructions (how the AI should grade & give feedback — tone, strictness, focus areas, examples)

4) Students (one per line: Name, Level, A or B)

Level is sent to the AI so feedback difficulty matches each student. Track decides whether the student gets SET A or SET B passages.

5) Class content — 3 days × Track A/B × 3 sets
